Delivery
Paula – Operations Lead
Oversees the delivery side of the business and leads the team responsible for procurement, suppliers and contractors, ensuring projects progress smoothly and as planned from the outset.
Les – Warehouse & Delivery
Ensures all materials are received, checked, prepared and delivered to site safely and in the right order, ready for installation.
Jim – Project Manager
On site during installation, monitoring progress and feeding back to the team to ensure everything stays aligned.
Caleb – Customer Operations Manager
Keeps clients informed throughout the project, ensuring communication is clear, timely and that any questions or issues are handled quickly.
Support
Ross – Business Management
Oversees the financial, compliance and administrative side of the business, ensuring everything runs properly behind the scenes so the team can focus fully on clients and their projects.
