We had an excellent experience working Nicholas Hythe. Bill helped us with some excellent designs and the team then installed exactly what was planned in a remarkably easy and considerate fashion. We did hit an issue when damp was discovered after removal of the old kitchen. But, with Jim's help the best solution was found and installed. We are delighted with the final kitchen, it looks great and is also so much warmer than the old one! We had our kitchen designed and fitted by Nicholas Hythe in 2020 and still love it to this day. Unfortunately, one of the door hinges failed recently and we struggled to identify a replacement on the internet. We contacted Nicholas Hythe to see if they could help us and we have to say they were brilliant. They could not have been more helpful and very kindly gave us a replacement. Nicholas Hythe have been fantastic. From the first day visiting the showroom, design, assistance choosing colours and styles they were really helpful without being pushy. Every step of the way we were informed of how and who would be doing the different stages. The coordination was amazing and the entire project went like clockwork, we had no worries and even left them whilst we were away. All the workmen were pleasant, respectful and worked to a really high standard. Result: one fabulous kitchen that has transformed our living space. What can you ask for from a kitchen fitter? NH ticked every box for me. At the design phase they were detailed and meticulous, offering countless product options and discussions to suit our every specific need. All communications were handled swiftly and efficiently, with numerous on-site visits. During execution, the operation was just as productive, with a full schedule breakdown of works that was broadly adhered to. Unanticipated situations were handled gracefully, and no problem we raised was considered too trivial - everything was given maximal attention. All of that, and they aren't significantly more expensive compared to a DIY kitchen install. The payment schedule is logical and fair. I am in love with my kitchen! Professional service from start to finish and brilliant communication before, during and after the installation. The design plans were incredible and better than I could have imagined, and to see it come to life is amazing. The fitters and support staff were on time, polite and friendly. Every step was explained and executed as planned. We haven't had a takeaway or ready meal since the kitchen has been done, as even when I'm tired from work, I want to be in there cooking! It popped up on my phone yesterday that it’s a year since our kitchen was started! Just wanted to say that I smile every time I go into the kitchen, I love it and there is nothing in the design that I would change having lived with it for a year. Ashley and the whole team at Nicholas Hythe were professional and cheerful. Emails every evening informed us who would be turning up and what work would be carried out the next day. We were recommended to this Kitchen Design company by David Osbourn our architect.  Leon designed our kitchen and upgraded our cupboards to a very high quality.   Their communication with us and our builder was timely and effective; the kitchen fitter, Steve, was excellent and sensitive to the fact we were still trying to live on site!  The final finish is better than we could have hoped for and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. We visited the Nicholas Hythe Design Studio because they do project management and we realised that we ourselves could not select a lot of separate workmen and expect them to work as a team. We were delighted by our visit as we could see the sample layouts and materials etc and meet the designer. The designer came out to our home and listened carefully to what we were trying to achieve. He put together a sketch which he used to do a full design which has been turned into a beautiful kitchen which also meets all our objectives and works so well. Every week we received a plan for the week and everyone arrived on time and did an excellent job so we could see the project develop with absolutely no worries. My husband was admitted to hospital just after our old kitchen was stripped out and I can not adequately express my gratitude for the way the team supported me so that I could spend most of my time in the hospital and never have any worries about the progress of the kitchen.

One of the most outstanding kitchen designers we have come across, they supported us every step of the way through the design process, nothing was too much trouble and the kitchen quality was superb.
