We offer a 5-year guarantee but our commitment to quality throughout the design, manufacture and installation process means you should never have to use it – however we want you to have total peace of mind that the guarantee is there in the rare event of anything going wrong. Whatever the issue, we are there to help put it right and ensure your satisfaction.
We are sometimes asked about a few of our comptitors offering 20 or 25 year warranties. What is covered?
However, our guarantee ensures your kitchen will remain structurally sound when exposed to high temperatures, water splashes and heavy loads from everyday use. It covers potential defects in materials and any construction issues relating to carcasses, hinges, drawers, drawer dampers, plinths, legs, and worktops provided of course clients have adhered to our ‘caring for your new kitchen’ guide.

If you have any concerns about anything that is covered by the guarantee, simply contact our showroom and we will arrange to review the problem. If it falls within the terms we have outlined we will either repair or replace the affected item with the same or comparable product. Any repair work undertaken not authorised by Nicholas Hythe Kitchens will invalidate the guarantee. If the item is no longer available or sold by us, we will provide a suitable alternative.
